Help Using America's Literacy Directory
Programs for Adults and Young Adults

Find literacy programs for adults and young adults by clicking on the "Programs for Adults and Young Adults" tab at the top of this page. You can find programs that:

  • help with reading and writing
  • help with math
  • help you learn English (as a second language)
  • help you study for your GED or other high school program
  • are official GED test centers
Fill in the zip code or city and/or state areas, choose a milage radius, a type of program and then click the "Search" button.

The programs available in your area will be listed on the results page. Here you can see the program's name, address, phone number, and if available, link to their website. Click on "Detailed Information" to find out more about the program. Click on "Map" or "Driving Directions" to find out how to get there. Please remember to call the program first before going.
